How should it be sent?
All three are hand-drawn on a pen plotter. The choice is about visibility and impact.
⚠ A note on patient privacy
If this is going to an existing patient, we strongly recommend an envelope. Anything visible on a postcard — even just the recipient's name and your practice's return address — can technically be a HIPAA-protected disclosure of a patient relationship. Envelopes hide both the message and the relationship from anyone handling the mail.

Practice
What kind of practice are you? Drives templates and campaign types.
Return address
Used as the return address on every postcard, letter, and envelope. Required by USPS.
Logo
Optional. Appears on stationery designs that include a header. PNG or JPG, ideally on transparent background. Max ~500KB after compression — we'll downscale large images for you.
No logo set
Data retention
For HIPAA: how many days after a card is mailed before its recipient information is automatically deleted from our systems. Aggregate counts (how many cards you sent) are kept; only the names and addresses are removed. Set to 0 to delete immediately upon mailing.
Recommended: 30 days for most practices. Set lower if you want minimal data on file. Set higher if you need longer audit trails.
Capture a new handwriting
Turn anyone's handwriting into a font the plotter can draw with. About 10 minutes total.
- Give the profile a name — "Dr. Smith", "Sarah (front desk)", etc.
- Download the template (letter-size PDF, two pages).
- Print it and have that person write each character in its box with a black gel pen, medium tip. Scan it (flatbed or a phone app like Adobe Scan).
- Upload both pages. We'll extract every character and show you a sample card.
- Approve and the profile becomes available in Event batch and Recurring batches.

Signatures
Signatures are independent of handwritings. You can use Dr. Smith's signature with any body-text style. Each batch of cards can pick which signature to use.
Add a signature
Two ways: type a name in a script font (quick), or capture a real signature via the handwriting editor (more personal).
Type a signature
To capture a real signature: open the handwriting editor and follow the signature step. Captured signatures appear in this list automatically.

Billing
Coming soon. You'll be billed per card after it's mailed — not before.
Not set up yet.
Billing integration is coming in the next update.
Welcome.
